FOH is “front of house” support for grit, grace, protection and connection. 
This alcohol-free, honey and vinegar elixir is formulated with intention for those with forward facing jobs (such as customer service associates, food service works, sex workers, sales associates, personal assistants, etc).
 
Ingredients: honey, vinegar, yarrow (Achillea millefolium), rose (Rosa spp.), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris), st. john's wort (Hypericum perforatum)
*all organic or cultivated without pesticides
 
1-7 drops 3 times daily, or as you feel
 
FOH Is inspired by my 15+ years in the food service industry working as a server and host. Let’s be honest, working in service can be trying as hell. I can’t count the number of times I’ve cried in a basement/closet, been talked down to, or eaten French fries over a trash can. And there are the good times too- some of the best camaraderie on the planet amongst my work fam. And I'm not really going to complain about all the French fries.
 
I created this blend based on the herbs that were some of my biggest allies getting my through a typical shift. Sometimes the customers were at their worst, my coworkers were at their worst, or I was at my worst. Sometimes shit hits the fan, life is unfair, and we are swept up in the drama. If I could put magic in a bottle for those moments, it would be "grit, grace, protection and connection." Because it isn't just about getting out of there safe and sound, it's about good hospitality and making your $$$, too.
 
About Oxymels:
An oxymel is an alcohol-free herbal rememdy made from honey and vingar. The herbs, fresh or dry, are steeped for several weeks in the honey and vinegar mixture, then strained to create the herbal medicine you find here. I use raw, organically produced honey from Dancing Bee Gardens in Middlebury, VT (www.dancingbeegardens.com)-shout out to my mom, Alice, and her partner, Ross! The vinegar is always organic raw apple cider vinegar. Each step is infused with ritual and ceremony, sometimes alinging with the moon phases, sometimes including a written phrase or a stone.
